Redbourne Homes
J.C Decorations was approached to take on 64 homes on a new build site in Creeting St Mary, from 2-bed apartments to 4-bedroom homes. We use traditional painting methods and airless spraying techniques to these plots, and continue to ensure the client is happy with the standards and deadlines met.

A new concept by Dobbies Garden Centres is to bring small shops to big cities. We had the privilege to carry out these new concepts in Bristol, Notting Hill, Chiswick and Richmond. With black-sprayed ceilings and light grey walls, these commercial spaces really do look amazing.

We’ve had a strong relationship with SB Construction (Design & Build) Ltd for nearly five years and have carried out their redecoration works to N Family Club nurseries across London, Reading and Surrey, from freshen-up decoration to full-on redecoration inside and out. We use specialist paints on these nurseries (such as Dulux Sterishield) which helps fight MRSA and E.coli. We always enjoy the distinctive colour blocking shapes we carry out at these amazing nurseries.

We got given the task through lockdown to redecorate over 15 Dobbies Garden Centres throughout England, Wales and Scotland. We redecorated shop floor areas, restaurants and toilets, and it was a pleasure carrying out all of these works for our client SB Construction (Design & Build) Ltd.

This hotel in the heart of London next to the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral was an honour to be a part of. Working with 263 bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas in a live hotel was a challenge that we relished. Our operatives produced such high standards of work, ensuring all rooms were completed on time and to perfection. With wide vinyls to the corridors and fabric-backed wallpaper to its bedrooms, this hotel looks stunning.

Over an 11-month period, we decorated hotel rooms, corridors, public areas, the spa and exterior windows to the stunning main house at Heythrop Park, a Warner Leisure Hotel. We had up to 18 decorators at any one time to ensure deadlines and high standards were met.

We had the privilege to work with our long-serving clients MM Services to redecorate three hotels after Marriott’s rebranding to Delta Hotels by Marriott – in York, Peterborough and Huntingdon. These were live hotels and we completed over 500 bedrooms, corridors, restaurants, bars, conference rooms and spa facilities. We completely removed the existing wide vinyls, heavily prepped all the walls, gave all woodwork fresh paint finishes, then installed new wide vinyls with feature walls to every bedroom.

Conveniently just a short drive from Gatwick Airport terminals, this ibis Styles hotel needed its 182 bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and the restaurant completely redecorated. We used Tikkurila paints and had to ensure we had detailed, crisp lines for such bold colours, but our decorators ensured perfection was achieved.

SB Construction (Design & Build) Ltd acquired this new chain of nurseries, and once again asked J.C Decorations to carry out their redecoration works. The nursery at the head office in Warwick and the site in Birmingham are already completed, leaving a new client extremely happy with the results.

Hartog Hutton produce some beautiful high-quality homes, so we have to ensure our quality is up to their high standards.
