It’s our job to ensure the painting and decorating is of the highest standard for the purchaser, whilst keeping to the developer’s deadline. Which is all made possible with our airless spraying systems, perfect for getting into tight spaces and providing a smoother finish compared to traditional rollers and brushes.
We carry out decorating works for small local developers to 100+ houses for national house builders. We cover Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex, with clients ranging from Suffolk Timber Homes to Redbourne Homes.
Tiling

All new build homes come with a two-year warranty for structural issues and minor defects – so minimise your business’ admin work by choosing reputable, high-quality tilers that you can rely on. We also know the importance of meeting deadlines within the property industry and can be adaptable if need be.
At J.C Decorations, our tilers have vast experience and are used to working with a range of tiles, from large format to intricate mosaics. Share your vision and we’ll bring it to life.

J.C Decorations was approached to take on 64 homes on a new build site in Creeting St Mary, from 2-bed apartments to 4-bedroom homes. We use traditional painting methods and airless spraying techniques to these plots, and continue to ensure the client is happy with the standards and deadlines met.
